We know how exciting it is to receive your handmade goods, so we want to be transparent about how we get them from our studio to your doorstep. Because each piece is crafted with care, we treat every shipment with the same love we put into our designs.

Our Policy at a Glance

Processing and Turnaround Times

We hand-prepare every order. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to create, package, and ready your order for its journey to you. During peak seasons or special events, this may take slightly longer, but we will always communicate if we anticipate a delay.

Shipping Details

We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on size and destination. Every shipped order includes tracking information, which we will send your way as soon as it departs our studio. If you need your order in a rush, please reach out to us—expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee. Once your package is with the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages, but we will always assist you in filing a claim or tracking your shipment if needed.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available but will need to be arranged in advance. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready, complete with pickup instructions. To keep our studio organized, please plan to pick up your order within 14 days of your notification. Due to limited storage, items not picked up within this timeframe may be restocked or require a storage fee.

Special Arrangements

We love being flexible, but we cannot hold orders indefinitely. If you need special arrangements, please reach out to us prior to ordering so we can discuss the possibilities!
